Just got this watch and paid for a month of unlimited service and day two the watch will not track my 6 year old location and now it will not even turn on. She is not able to call anyone this seems like a total waste of $69.00

We have been using this watch and app for our 8-year-old now 9 years. old daughter for almost a year now. It has been a lifesaver. We have had only a few issues during a learning curve but most of it was us getting used to the app and settings. We really love the GPS and the ability to call her when needed. I am very impressed for the price point the services we receive. Thanks JuniCare!!!! 5 stars for sure!
