Beyond App

I have never ever written a review for any apps and have had an iPhone for 15 years at least. This is such a thoughtful app - from the numerous workout guides and recipes to the continuous updates. I have had this app for over 4 years. The best part, to me, is the latest update of the cycle tracking aspect. The app automatically suggests modifications for your workout based on where in the month you are in your cycle!! You don’t have to leave your guide and choose a new one - the modifications are included when you open the workout. It is extremely helpful, thoughtful, and motivating. To me, seeing those notifications says“You’re a woman so it’s ok and natural if your body can do different levels of things during different times of the month - the most important thing is to get a bit of movement in, whatever that means today.” Seriously best app. Thank you!!!!!!

I’ve been using Beyond for over a year & it is exactly what I needed! Workouts are challenging & creating, the different progression tracks are engaging, and each day I’m left feeling sore but accomplished. I’ve tried so many different workout apps but I find that when they’re not curated by a woman, I don’t get the results I’m looking for.
