מאז השינוי האחרון ב-Screen iL, השימוש ב-Catch-Up הפך למסורבל, מבלבל ומתסכל מאוד. בעבר היה הרבה יותר פשוט למצוא תוכניות ששודרו בימים קודמים. עכשיו קשה למצוא ימים קודמים, קשה להבין איך עוברים בין התאריכים והתוכניות, והכפתורים והניווט החדשים הרבה פחות אינטואיטיביים. בעיה נוספת היא שכאשר עוצרים תוכנית ורוצים לחזור אליה, במקום לחזור לתוכנית שבה צפינו, המערכת מוציאה אותנו ממנה. לאחר מכן צריך להתחיל שוב לחפש את התוכנית דרך ה-Catch-Up ולנסות למצוא איפה הפסקנו. מקבלים הודעות שגיאה – “ההפעלה פגה, אנא נסו שוב מאוחר יותר”. ה-Catch-Up הוא אחת הסיבות המרכזיות שבגללן אני משלמת עבור Screen iL. לפני השינוי המערכת הייתה הרבה יותר פשוטה ונוחה לשימוש. השינוי החדש לא שיפר את חוויית המשתמש — להפך, הוא הפך פעולה בסיסית כמו למצוא תוכנית מאתמול או מלפני מספר ימים ולהמשיך לצפות בה למסובכת שלא לצורך.

As an Israeli, I was excited to find a streaming app for Israeli content. Sadly, it's an absolutely awful interface and half-functional app, at best. No search function in a modern iOS app. The only thing you can do is scroll the randomly organized VOD content. They have streaming TV, but why have a streaming library at all if it's impossible to find content?
