Not only does it show the time and date, but you can program it to flash or vibrate at specified intervals. I lose track of time easily (especially when doomscrolling), so the flash and vibration is essential for getting me back on track! Amazing app! And super well thought out! My one request: PLEASE MAKE A MACOS VERSION!! 🥺🥺🥺🥹🥹🥹
