However, repeated reliability problems dominate feedback: the app frequently disconnects from the camera, crashes when viewing media, and struggles to pair or load recordings; sign-up is blocked by verification code delivery and country restrictions; accessing videos or albums can be slow or incomplete; firmware updates often fail, leaving the system unusable until resolved.

Recent reviews

All functions work, but both pairing and accessing the recordings is brutally slow -- on the order of 3-6 minutes from app launch to viewing a recording. I suspect it's pulling entire videos down to the phone when you access the list of thumbnails. There is certainly room for optimization.
