Introducing the remastered F-Sim Space Shuttle 2, a detailed spaceflight landing simulator. It reimplements the original from scratch with console-quality graphics, interactive tutorials, White Sands as a new landing site, and a new Orbit mode. No ads or in-app purchases; you can compare high scores online, earn medals, and unlock achievements.

Players control the Orbiter's pitch and roll by tilting the device, with on-screen sticks or gamepad options. Get guided by visual approach-path rectangles or rely on HUD instruments for authentic GNC. Practice with varying wind, night approaches, emergency scenarios, and watch replays from multiple camera angles. The game features robust scoring, replay analysis, and full manual control if desired. Note: There is a known tilt-control issue on iOS 16.1.1; workaround is to restart F-Sim and use the notch on the left.

Update: To everyone who kept asking about this part of the app that was promised to eventually be provided as an update - I told you 2 years earlier the update wasn’t coming despite the devs promising it, and I was right. Hence… … we can stop asking about it. Just like that X-15 sim that vanished without a trace, so has this. If we’re lucky, it might come in the next full release but it is not coming as the update as was claimed well over a year ago. Sorry guys. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Possibly consider a PC release with joystick controls due to finances as you mentioned in another review :( Flight sim enthusiasts (who are not fully exposed to mobile app stores) would faint from excitement as orbitersim hasn’t been overhauled in years if not over a decade. Wishing the best of luck to the team!
