failure if clue button and unable to find any active area makes this game unplayable and i already purchased it A waste!

I bought unlimited hits and skips but it’s not registering and is currently greyed out so I can’t try purchasing again. Restore isn’t working. Definitely a major bug in an otherwise enjoyable experience.
