2025-07-11	aa*****	the last 5 times i’ve used this app i havent been able to connect to my socar or the app doesnt show the socar key or its always something. And theres literally no way for customers to contact socar agents without them contacting first and when they do its after the booking time has passed. This is no way to operate a reliable rental app. Thanks socar for all my cancelled trips. I’m deleting this app

2024-10-21	Mi*****	I recently rented a car from SOCAR malaysia and my experience was frustrating. I needed to return the car to a different location due to a change in my travel plans, but they don't allow one-way returns. This was not made clear when I booked. There was a feature called “car pick-up” which turns out it doesn’t even work and it caused a major hassle. I ended up having to drive all the way back to the original location, wasting time and adding unnecessary mileage. I’m not going to rent from them for a while.

2024-10-04	Ni*****	I dont smoke or vape still they fined me RM100 for smoking. My wife was pregnant and now I have a newborn child—how can I smoke in the car with them? I dont smoke anything. Not only that these liars said that I smoked in 15th August and sent me fine on October. This is just to harass customers. There is no way to contact them. I am a regular loyal customer. I feel extremely disappointed at their unprofessional scamming. They wanna lose a lotal customer for just rm100??

2024-01-29	ex*****	I tried to register and type in my phone number and they DID NOT send OTP on my phone for like ages and when I click did not receive and it says too many times I with US code and full phone number I have roaming. Turning off wifi turn back on. They need to fix this!!

2023-11-13	Ta*****	I tried signing up so many times, doesn’t send me any verification code, doesn’t allow me to sign up via Apple account nor Facebook. Fix the bugs on your app.

2023-07-24	Gr*****	Terrible customer service, they can’t help you with anything. Just always say they are referring you to their team working on it but takes forever. Do not use if you’re traveling, they take forever to verify you and are super inefficient. The customer service just uses a script in responding to you and lie about escalating things for you.
