Voicing my Choices

This app will run a diary survey on demand to assist users in recording their feelings about their healthcare choices. The questions are presented in random order to minimise order bias. The responses will be saved with the current timestamp in a data file on the device. The app enforces full completion of the survey by not allowing progress to the next question until the current question is answered. Navigation forward or back is achieved by tapping the next or back buttons or more simply, by swiping.

You can answer as many surveys over as long a period as you want.

You can export the responses to be sent by a method of your choice for viewing in a spreadsheet program. This will allow you to create graphs or use other analysis on the data. You can also save the file on the device to allow access in the Files app. The data is not uploaded from the app to a server and all data can be deleted at any time.
