I absolutely hate this app and Saltos service. The app doesn’t show if a door is currently locked or unlocked. When you want to do a remote lock you have to guess whether it’s locked or unlocked. Doesn’t support Apple wallet like the images shows. Doesn’t send you notifications if the batteries need to be changed. I highly recommend staying away from their systems.

Slow to find and open doors, it signed me out without any indication as to why and then it lost my front door key (to a multi-unit building) and, once in, still wouldn’t let me in the unit itself. It has one job. And it fails at that.
