Here is a free, anonymous emotional support app for teens aged 13–19. It provides a safe space where teens can share what’s on their mind and receive support from trained Teen Advisors who understand what it’s like to be a teen today. Teens can post about everyday stress, emotions, and challenges such as school pressure, friendships, relationships, and anxiety.

How it works: Teens submit anonymous posts; trained Teen Advisors respond with empathy; responses are available daily between 5–10 PM PT; the goal is to respond within 24 hours. Only Teen Advisors respond; you can browse topics and read how others navigated similar experiences. Teen Advisors are supervised by mental health professionals. I love this so much app and has been a great outlet and a place to get advice. I was playing around and accidentally changed my age and now it says that I’m suspended and to contact an administrator. I see that this happened to someone else and I don’t know what to do.

This app is a super helpful resource for anyone and everyone. It’s great to be able to talk and know someone is there who listens and cares. It’s anonymous which is really nice. The advisors have resources they can direct you to if you need them, and are there to help
