I’ve had this app for a few years now. It’s the only thing I can fit in my schedule and be committed to. I wake up and go straight into my living room and it wakes me right up for work! I don’t have to waste time driving anywhere, and I’m in the comfort of my own home, sweating, and not having a care in the world! Each day is specific to what part of the body you need to work on, and there are fun yoga days thrown in. There are also some Pilates moves and band workouts incorporated into certain days, which helps to feel like you’re not just weight lifting. I love it and I recommend to everyone! :)

I love the app! Ainsley plans your workout routine for the entire week to keep things interesting. You can easily swap out workouts or move things around if needed. The recipes are delicious and easy to make too! I’ve tried many other workout apps from big names, but none have keep me motivated or interested for long except for this app. Ainsley’s app is easy to use and keeps me focused on my goals!

I love Ainsley’s program. It’s fun, simple yet challenging and easy to do at home or at the gym! I’ve tried a lot of programs and being a mom of two littles it’s hands down the best! Ainsley is the best at home coach. She’s inspiring and motivating! I get so many compliments on my body and I can’t believe the results I’ve gotten with being consistent less than 35 minutes 4-5x a week! 🙌🏼
