User reviews for Madewell’s iOS app show widespread stability and usability problems. The most recurring issues are login/sign-in failures, slow performance and crashes, broken size filtering (notably tall/taller with waist sizes) and missing sizing charts. Recent reviews

I find it annoying to select the size and length - all the way at the bottom of the screen. I can’t find a way to see if an item is available for store pick up. Im not using the app to make my purchases currently.

I have continued to have the problem of trying to enter my email address and being told it is invalid. It is so frustrating. It only occurs on the app
