Forms+ is a third-party iOS app powered by the Google Forms API, letting you create, edit, and manage Google Forms on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Start with customizable templates, import questions, add collaborators, organize sections, preview forms, include media, set quiz answers and points, and apply response validation.

Scan questions from your camera, Photos library, Files, or clipboard. Receive response notifications and review submissions in summary, question, or individual modes. Filter responses by date, email, question, or score; view charts; provide quiz feedback; delete responses; and export results to CSV or Excel. Forms+ can also record response views as MP4 videos for sharing. This is an independent app and is not affiliated with Google.
