Form for Google Forms lets you create, edit, and manage Google Forms on iOS. Start new forms with a rich template library, import questions from existing forms, and invite collaborators to edit together. You can open any Google Form from Drive, undo/redo, reorder questions, preview, and add sections, response validation, images, videos, and point or correct-answer settings.

View responses in Summary, Questions, and Individual modes, export to CSV or Excel, and even record responses as MP4 videos for sharing. Graphs and charts appear in summary mode, with options to copy or save charts, plus filters by date, email, questions, and score. The app also supports scanning questions from camera or files, and setting per-question feedback for quizzes.
