Payment- when booking a translator, pay pal will retain a fee value of 60 mins, once the call has ended you will only be charged for the duration of the call and the remaining balance will be refunded to your account.

There is 0% commission fee on both service end users and service providers. This means you will only pay for the time you spent on the call with the translator.
