myIncotec

myIncotec is a dual-purpose productivity app by Incotec for time tracking and field service operations. It lets employees punch their time, submit absence requests with or without justification, and check leave balances. Managers and team leads can review and approve requests and access essential HR information from anywhere.

For field service and maintenance, the app supports mobile technicians with real-time access to client details, intervention data, and the ability to log service reports, add photos, capture client signatures, and order spare parts. It includes offline mode so work can continue without network access and seamlessly syncs when connection is restored. It can be activated alongside Incovar and Incoservice.
