Recent reviews

Like all other companies, they updated their app to something atrocious. Initially, I had downloaded the app and saw the layout was different along with new artificial intelligence and ways to compare your stats with someone else. I bought this scale 6 years ago and downloaded the app to better my life, not to compare myself with someone else. Additionally, the app has since removed itself from my screen. When I try to download it it tells me I need to enter my credit card information now why would a Fitness app need credit card information?? So disappointed in this service after being so integrated my fitness routine these last six years. Also all of my information is gone on the old app. I don’t have access to it or the ability to delete it from their platform. I guess if their main purpose is to collect information about your health, they’re doing a really good job for themselves. They don’t care about you.

The old app was so much better and more streamlined. This new version is all about ads for their other products and trying to get you to buy things and much less about user functionality. It’s pretty disappointing. I was sticking with Renpho since it has all of my data over several years but this forced migration has convinced me it’s time to switch brands.
