DashcamUa turns your smartphone into a smart dashboard camera to report traffic violations. In testing, the app records 30-second video loops; when you spot a violator, you can tap to save the last 30 seconds and send it to the police as evidence. Reports are reviewed by administrators and forwarded to the National Police of Ukraine on behalf of a public organization, preserving reporter anonymity. The system is designed to be transparent, with real-time status updates on submitted reports. The app is currently in active testing and available for use.

Our goals are deterrence, equal accountability, and transparent reporting. The platform is free for users now, and after legislative changes, rewards of 10% of the paid fine may be issued to reporters. How it works: a 30-second loop runs continuously; tap to store the last segment; add the violator's car number and violation type; submit to police; reporters can track status in real time. The app includes fraud protection and data transparency to ensure integrity, and is ready for testing now.
