It not working

I noticed a lot of bad reviews on this app. Downloaded it and hoped it would be fine since my prop firm required it. After it was done downloading and was installed, I started the app up. I noticed that it was laggy and took longer to load things up. Also I could not log in or connect my trading account. Emailed support 10 days ago and I still have not received a reply. I’d stay away from this trading platform.
