Recent reviews

For me this was very easy. I read all the emails from the company and all the paperwork that came with it and followed everything. I was very stressed to do this test but it turned out to be very easy to use and I feel like they have made everything very simple and easy to use. My second test did have a slight hiccup with the connection when trying to upload results but it popped up to retry and then it went through no problem. Thank you for this easy to use app.

If you get a “patch disconnected” error, the app forces you to restart setup process, including the video on applying the patches. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t just open—I gave up after waiting 5 minutes. Why force users to restart?? I emailed Wesper with photo of the start & “I give up” times. Infuriating!
