The app doesn’t work and you need it in order to set up the lock! So I spent 149.00 for nothing!

This app, like the actual product (TruBolt) is soo bad! I have registered and signed up on the app and the system continually says wrong email/password even though I screenshot my info. No confirmation email either. As for TruBolt, this is a bunch of junk and huge waste of money. There is NO customer service number or email or social media presence so you can reach them. I didn’t even want to give this app 1 star but had to otherwise I couldn’t leave a review. Spend your money on something that has a good reputation.

Title says it all. I tried using the temporary passcode feature and it wouldn't work. Just kept telling me it was an incorrect passcode. The Wi-Fi feature of this deadbolt is pointless because none of it works properly.
