User Reviews

User feedback centers on reliability and safety concerns: frequent sign-up/login failures, post-payment lockouts, reports of scams and payment requests, technical bugs with white screens and broken profiles, and a limited animal type range. A few reviewers note positives like free adoptions and perceived potential, but overall sentiment is negative due to these issues.

Pros

Adoptions can be completely free, per at least one user.
App appears to have potential and a positive initial impression.
Some reviewers note it is better than Petfinder.

Cons

Account creation and login failures, including sign-up errors, being locked out after paying, and password reset pages going blank.
Payments to feature ads lead to problems and invite scams; users report scammers requesting payment (e.g., via Zelle) and post-payment lockouts.
Frequent technical bugs causing white screens, broken profile loading, and other QA issues.
Limited animal types shown (only dogs and cats; other types not supported).
Safety concerns from scams and spam emails.
