Give your tremendous full body workout, focusing on core strength, hip mobility in overall balance and stability. The kind of strength and mobility that every human needs as they grow older. This would help any of the patients in my practice.

This system is absolutely amazing! I am recovering from a broken ankle and the balance, stability, strength and rotational power I am gaining from these workouts is incredible! The coaches are thorough in their explanations and the workouts are fun, intense and geared toward the goal of playing golf forever. Total game changer!!
