I’m in the third year year of this program, and the various exercises and instructors bring a unique look and feel to exercises that you’d think are just simple small movements, BUT, the make all the difference in the world. After the first year , I was in the top 3% of all users, the second year, I dropped to top 9%, my goal is to be in the top 1% for 2026. BTW, it’s the woman instructors that kick my butt. I tell others about the program and that’s the best endorsement you can get. Keep bringing it.

I really enjoy this app. I like the way they take you through all the exercises and that there are a variety of different coaches and routines to keep me engaged. There are no downsides.
