The PESI iOS app is largely plagued by stability and playback problems: crashes, sign-in issues, and lost progress when downloading. It often stops working when multitasking or locking the screen. In-app search/navigation is weak, making it hard to find or sign up for courses. Although some users value mobile access to PESI content and CEUs, the app’s reliability and feature gaps drive frustration and call for a major overhaul.

Cons

Frequent crashes or the app won’t open (sign-in failures, login loops).

In-app search and course discovery are broken (cannot find or sign up for trainings).
Ongoing reliability issues persist despite updates (JSON errors, slow performance, outdated feel).

Recent reviews

The app loses my spot constantly, eg if I get a phone call, if I put it in the background, and even if I pause the recording. Not only does it lose my spot but it kicks me all the way out to the main screen. Insane.
