Sometimes app accesses the employee location in the background (only if the subscribed organization requests this feature) and only during the company’s official working hours , in order to ensure the employee’s presence within the organization's scope of work. Once the employee ends working time , the application stops accessing the employee’s location.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
