You are no talking care of all the issues here at the storage, like burglary, dirty, trash everywhere, don’t even take care when we call for any issue related to maintenance. Gates broken as well. But you guys are great charging and taking money from our bank account you are extremely unprofessional.

First of all, when I used to call customer service, I would talk to a really nice lady named Ellen who was very helpful and made sure that everything was running great with my account. Now, when I call, I get a person I can barely understand because they’re obviously in a different country. I have been fraudulently charged a document processing fee of $35 on my account which I do not owe. Now they’re saying there’s no way to correct this and refund my money. I was told there’s not even a corporate office that I can call to get this resolved or anybody else I can talk to you to get this resolved. I was just told no you can’t get your money back.
