Recent reviews

The Formula Pro Advanced machine itself works well, but the app is extremely unreliable. It constantly displays a “Refill Powder” error even when the hopper is completely full and the machine continues to dispense bottles without any issues. I’ve tried everything: * Unplugging and restarting the machine * Taking it apart and reassembling it * Refilling the powder hopper multiple times * Confirming the machine itself works perfectly The problem exists only in the app, making it clear this is a software synchronization issue. An app that’s supposed to let parents monitor their machine remotely shouldn’t display false error messages. When you’re preparing bottles for a hungry baby, you need to be able to trust the information the app provides.

This machine has been working great so far for me. However, i recently got a refill water error on the app while the machine itself is working fine with no error code. Please fix this.
