I never usually do reviews, but this honestly has served it. The app lets you segment your screen time so you don’t doomscroll, and I have already taken my screen time on media from 5 hours to 2.5 hours in two months! The UI is also very clean.

This app has honestly saved me so much time to actually focus on my college applications and avoid doomscrolling every time I’m stressed. I like how ScreenZen can be very personalized to match your goals. However, I wish important notifications like messages on social media can still be seen , even if the app is blocked. I’d find a feature like this helpful because it wouldn’t leave you unintentionally ghosting someone asking when you want to hanging out
