I tried using their customer service to ask why I was being charged a weird amount after doing the free trail and they said it wasn’t from them. But Venmo just verified it was from them and is issuing me a new card immediately. So I would not trust this app unfortunately. Otherwise the conversation ls on there were actually very helpful and healing. Pretty unfortunate.
