Really wish the timer feature worked

The lights could have far more functions. The Twinkle mode only applies to the white. And the twinkle is so frantic it’s anything but relaxing. I wish you could add a speed regulator at the very least. The tree is great. And the multi lights need a twinkle. Also the timer on the remote doesn’t work at all.

The App has a timer feature, but there are no instructions for using the timer so I can’t set it. I push the timer button and the tree flashes. What does that mean? Will it turn itself off at some point? If so, how many hours? At least I can turn the tree on to the setting I want. The remote control that came with the tree doesn’t work at all. When I turn on the tree without using the app, it always goes to demo mode.
