Scenic West Network

I bought weekend access to watch the CSI rodeo. I could never get it to play without freezing every 10 seconds on the website. The audio would still play but the video rarely worked. I thought to get the app in case it worked better, but it was even worse. I couldn’t get the stream or audio to play at all on the app. I totally get having to pay to watch. But if I pay to watch, I expect to actually see what I paid for.
