How Does It Work?

GET-A-LIFT is a convenient transit service that takes multiple people heading in the same direction and transports them in a shared vehicle. Using the app, enter your pick up address and your desired destination. We then match you with a vehicle going your way, give you an estimated trip duration, and then ask if you want to book the trip. GET-A-LIFT is convenient! When you book a trip, we will come right to where you are at and drop you off at the curb of your destination. No need to walk to a predetermined stop.

They GET Bus on Demand has provided me much needed transportation. Most of the time the drivers are very friendly and I get to my destination on time. While the experience during the ride is a breeze, the app itself lacks accuracy. I will watch the map on the app and the bus will not move for over 10 minutes. It’s very frustrating and confusing because I don’t want to miss the bus if the app happens to be wrong.
