With Music In Mind

The With Music In Mind app allows members to book into their local groups in South Wales, and to access our digital content.

We run informal, relaxed groups for older people in the local community, providing singing, exercise and social groups. We aim to improve wellbeing and reduce loneliness and isolation or reduce the risk of becoming lonely or isolated in the future.

Our groups involve an hour of singing or exercise, followed by refreshments and an hour of social activity. These activities include quizzes, games, musical performances, talks from outside speakers or simply a cup of tea and a chat!

Our digital service was created during the lockdown, with features such as:
