I have owned my Xterra TRX 4500 for about two years now. I have tried multiple times over those two years to connect my exterior treadmill to my Apple health app. I cannot even get my treadmill to show up on my apple Bluetooth devices in settings. On the xterra App it says I am connected…NOPE! I even tried to send an email to the support team and got a bounce back email stating that this email is no longer being used. How do you get help to trouble shoot treadmill problems, if the email doesn’t work! Ridiculous!!! Sad because I think this is a pretty great treadmill.
