The young man that greeted us and started the bowls was nice and polite, the manager and the latest at the register were rude, I ask for a few more jalapeños and she rolled her eyes, then asked for onions and barley got any of those, so I quit asking for anything. I had a coupon for for buy one get one of equal or lesser price. I got double meat on my bowl, so my son got double meat on his, so why do I get charged for double meat on the second bowl? It is equal as the I’m paying for, so I asked why and immediately there was an attitude, so I just let it go. I love Hot Heads, I live 5 mins from the Fairborn store, I will not be back to this location. I have never been treated like this and I will not stand for it. You have lost a loyal customer

Was looking forward to finally trying hothead burritos as a T-Mobile Tuesday’s deal included them. Turned out the local restaurant didn’t participate which was fine but then upon trying to order the app wanted my banking information and that was that! C’mon no Apple Pay!!!!
