It used to work but now can’t read screenshots every single time and the codes never show after being submitted

Now it’s almost pointless, I don’t get points for my codes I submit most the time, I have people that use my codes and I get no commission on SimplyCodes. The app literally does nothing. I’m a social media influencer and I have a lot of brands I work with and have a lot of promo codes, SimplyCodes is the only app I post them on, and I can see everytime someone uses a code on my other apps. Often people use my codes because they find it on SimplyCodes. I get anywhere from 1-5 sales per day, and have been a member on SimplyCodes for about a year, and it says no one has used my codes, just because simply codes doesn’t want to pay out the commission. Also, I wanted to try and work this out with customer service, but you can’t actually talk to someone to fix it.
