I had a very frustrating experience with TipTop it’s honestly one of the worst apps i’ve dealt with you place an order for items that are clearly listed as available in the market ( teammart ) but then they keep calling you to say they couldn’t find this item or that one what is the point of showing items as available if they are not ? It gets worse I specifically request a certain item and clearly state that I don’t want replacement yet they ignore that and send me completely different product that I don’t need it feels like my preferences doesn’t matter at all When i received my order it didn’t match what i requested and trying to get support or a proper replacement was useless No one seemed to care or take responsibility Overall very disappointed service poor communication and a complete lack of respect for customer requests I wouldn’t recommend using this app
