Pros

Centralized vaccine history and travel documents in one place.
App is a good addition/companion to the Passport Health website.
The concept of mobile access to health and vaccination records has clear value.

Cons

Login/authentication problems in the app; passwords not accepted and accounts often not recognized.
Data syncing and cross-platform inconsistencies; information does not carry over from the website to the app and the two platforms may show different data.
Frequent crashes; login needs to happen again after crashes and calendar integration failures.
Poor navigation and usability gaps; missing back button and editing options; multi-screen navigation makes it hard to use.
Limited data input; cannot add records from external providers; only Passport Health provider data can be stored.

Recent reviews

A few things right off the bat. The password area does not have the option to see it, or enter again for confirmation, so if there’s a typo, you’ll never know. Also, unless I missed it, I did not see a back button, so when I wanted to go back to add countries that I missed for my itinerary, I didn’t see a way to do that. If it’s there, it’s certainly not obvious. I assumed I could go back in and edit my itinerary later, but I don’t see a way to do that either. 👎🏻

The app is a good addition to the website, but there are two places that need help. First, after all the inoculations are added, they should automatically be ranked chronologically, with the newest first. Second, that list of inoculations should be easily accessible through a dedicated tab; the effort to go through multiple screens is not what the user should have to wade through.
