A guided journaling app, tailored just for you. Lugna enables you to share your thoughts and feelings through journaling, which can be used as a form of communication between you and your caregivers and psychiatrist.

Lugna is able to help you during your journaling session by giving you guiding questions, relate to you. Lugna also supports multiple type of inputs, such as typing and speaking. Special for the iPad, you can use your Apple Pencil to write, yes, write!

2. Stats
 Lugna gives you an overview on how well you are over the past hours, weeks and months, so you’ll know how you feel and where and when to improve.

3. Journaling Reminder 
Lugna will remind you everyday, at a specific time that you’ve specified before, to write a journal and relax yourself.

4. App Lock
 Your journal is your story. And we believe your story is as important as your privacy. With app lock, you can keep mischievous hands out of your journal, by locking the app using PIN and/or biometric.
