You’re not hallucinating or getting a psychedelic experience, you’re flashing your phones light in your eyes and seeing the light crazy people have bought into this pretty much common sense don’t do that.

I am having so much fun and relaxation with this app. I tried the flashlight a few times and I had to buy the mask. The mask is amazing! Pricy but worth it. If you are looking for the next step in finding yourself and you are interested, this is it. I get the same calmness and feelings like when I do float therapy. I would love to see more guided sessions. Keep up the great work!!
