I barely can use the app. It keeps kicking me out as soon as I open the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling it. It still doesn’t work.

I love this app. Truly. I have 8 tickets and have been on it for several months now. But the app is NOT WORKING. It has been glitching for a few days. Getting notifications for messages from the idols but they won’t load. I uninstalled it. Reinstalled it and now it won’t even let me log in. Tried to go to app support link. It won’t even load the page. Tried going to the website but it isn’t working. This is completely unacceptable. I do not want to cancel my subscriptions!!! But if I cannot get help with this issue, I will. Edit: the problems I was having have been fixed! Again, I love love love this app! So happy I can talk to SKZ again :)

Having an issue where the app won’t let me set a photo for the chat background. I had one and tried to change it and now it won’t let me choose a photo from my camera roll. The screen just looks blank. All the other options for background work except that one and now I lost my original photo that I had and just have one of the generic backgrounds because it won’t let me choose one of my own photos
