Downloaded app in a hurry. Cannot download recording or transcript. I’ll have to play recording and record audio from my tablet. Looks like canceling is a hassle too and they’ve already charged me before the trial period.

I just downloaded this app. I agreed to give it a try for three days, but, in order, to do that I had to be willing to agree to a payment of $49 for an entire year service after the three day trial period. After trying it once I was unimpressed. Now, I can find no way of contacting anyone in support. There is no support number and no support email. Do not download this app!

I would NOT recommend this app!! I purchased a subscription with this app in October 2021 and it was for a year so this subscription would be good until October 2022. I have not been able to log into my account through this and I lost all my recordings!! And now they have changed me another $53.00!!! I just want my subscription I had from last year and my money back of the $53.00 and all my recordings. And when I email them NO one ever emails me back.
