sure you can program a series of rounds of different times for "move/rest" intervals BUT they all look the same when playing - the name of the interval doesn't show and you can't change the color like green for MOVE and red for REST or whatever you like for that. Also to change from a strange AI voice nonsensical sentence for the "default sound" you need to go to the paid version - noone would ever use the free version. Also if you want to change the name of the preset - only paid version - that is ok but let's have a free trial to test this out before going to the paid version

one time payment, simple, easy to understand. you can make your own timer. it works perfectly for me but the only thing is that i wish there was a warning beep at around 5 seconds, sometimes its a bit jarring to switch from one exercise to another but i wont let this drop the score
