User Reviews

Users praise dgputt for simplifying league scoring, live leaderboards, progress tracking, and varied practice games with a clean UI. However, many complain about paywalls locking core features and history, updates that remove or hide data, and reliability bugs like rounds not saving. Despite negatives, it remains popular for practice and progress when paid features are accessible.
Pros
  • Simplified scoring for large leagues with live leaderboards and player profiles.
  • Excellent progress tracking and stats across sessions.
  • Multiple practice modes and in-app games to gamify putting.
  • Clean, intuitive layout and easy-to-use interface.
Cons
  • Core features and progress/history are locked behind a paid subscription, with reports of history being inaccessible after updates.
  • Sudden paywall and removal/change of features after updates, sometimes without warning.
  • Reliability issues like rounds not saving and occasional bugs affecting usage.
  • Recent updates changed the UI/behavior, frustrating longtime users who preferred the previous version.
Recent reviews
We run a very large putting league with player attendance averaging around 125 players per week. Keeping track of scores on paper cards was exhausting. This app has simplified our jobs as event directors. Players are able to view the leaderboard during the round and create player profiles. The app runs smoothly with high volume. This will be the official scoring app inside the Putting Arena. There is also games you can play within the app. These help take boring practice putt days to the next level. Track your putts and your progress.
