2025-12-15	Sk*****	I renewed my subscription yesterday (the monthly plan) but I cannot get the App to open. When I log in it asks me to pay again. If I go through the steps to pay, it says I already have a subscription, but does not open. Developer—-can you help? If not, I will jsut cancel.
