Open the app and simply hold your TFI Leap Card to the back, top of your iPhone to instantly check your balance, buy a ticket, collect a pre-paid ticket, or top-up your card – anytime, anywhere.

Note: The Leap Top-up app's minimum requirement is an iPhone 7 running iOS 13.0. Due to the NFC chips used on iPhone 7 and 7 Plus some users may experience scanning issues or delays when scanning their TFI Leap Card. If the app fails to read the card it is recommended to adjust the position of the card.

My card won’t read on this repeatedly saying to place if flat and not giving me a another clear way to do it, I love the idea I would make it so you can create a account and then it automatically sends a updated balance on all your saved cards

Reliable so far! No issues on iPhone 13 Pro (a 5-year old phone at this point)

The scanner doesn’t work half the time on iPhone and when trying to top it up, it fails consistently. One day I hope Ireland can just move to tap to pay! It would be much more convenient !
