I like them as a factoring company , I love that they offer a fuel card that gives discounts. But they advertise 24/7 factoring, yet their factoring team leaves at 1:30-2:00pm everyday and don’t work at all on weekends … so you either won’t get paid until the next day or you may go the entire weekend without getting paid. They still charge you for BOLT(a feature that helps you get paid faster) regardless of if they paid you same day or not.

The issue every day you get the Load factor they don’t wanna call. They only email a bunch of millennials that don’t wanna work or talk to people just text and email Mail. It’s been a struggle to stay up float have not one good thing to say about them. Worst decision I made was to start factoring with OTR
