Been on this after about four days now and I’ve literally already lost 10 pounds Best staff ever best training ever don’t overthink it just get it.

Would love if the app let you watch the video of the next exercise during your rest time automatically… I minimize the clock and then go to the next exercise and then it takes me out of the clock and skips the exercise… a bit frustrating during a workout but overall love the work!
