Most users report the FlyLogan app is largely unusable for its core purpose. Repeated login failures and account deletions block access to tickets, and purchased tickets often don’t appear in the app. Real-time bus information is frequently inaccurate, and parking details are incomplete. The lack of Apple Wallet support and other in-app navigational issues further erode usability. Overall, the app offers little value beyond a basic presence for Logan Express.

Recent reviews

App says bus is “approaching” or “now” and there is no buss in site and it never shows up. Zero accountability to arrive/depart on schedule. Need gps info to do a better job. The governor should be impeached for the disaster.
