2024-05-02	Le*****	Had an issue with one of my tickets and needed help retrieving it, granted it was my fault but to think that this is an ongoing issue and I’ve been waiting 10 days for a solution, even asking for alternatives is ridiculous. I’ve had to ask the person who was “helping” me twice if there was an update to the situation and both times they’ve seen the response and simply choose to ignore my message. Even when they did respond to my initial question the response was horrifically passive aggressive. I understand that they have other matters to attend to but taking 10 days to resolve an issue is absurd and the behaviour displayed by the staff member is unprofessional. Not to mention this app in general does not make sense and to me feels quite unnecessary.
